About Me:

I love the balance of being a runner, mom of three and a registered dietitian. My favourite quote is Eric Liddell's, "I believe God made me for a purpose, but he also made me fast. And when I run, I feel His pleasure". Playing hockey with the University of Guelph was amazing but there is just something about running! Can't wait for my next comeback marathon; it feels like I just started!
